Dating In Gateshead

Gateshead is a wonderfully entertaining setting for a first date. The first time you meet someone it is lovely to meet during the day, have the time to chat, take in some sights and relax , lose those first date nerves. Meeting in a town like Gateshead is ideal, with so many architectural sights you should never have any awkward silences.

Gateshead is a vibrant, energetic town. For a first date I would suggest giving the shops a miss. The metro centre and other shops are brilliant but tiring and less than intimate for a first date experience. Instead I would see the sights on foot, a town ramble as such. With buildings such as the sage, the millennium bridge and the Angel of the North there will be shared experiences and the opportunity to meander through the less known streets full of boutiques, cafes and quirky shops.

As you’ve spent date strolling and chatting I would recommend a rest, some comfortable seating, some live entertainment at The Sage. Live music great ambience and delicious food, what more could a date need?
